United Methodist Women

UMW Unit meeting, March 2005

Purpose of the United Methodist Women:  "To know God, experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ, develop a supportive fellowship, and expand concepts of mission."

United Methodist Women meet in small groups known as "Circles" which meet monthly during the daytime or evenings. They study, pray and give service to the church and community. The women support mission projects, participate in church and community events, and expand their knowledge using a variety of United Methodist Women books and magazines. All women are invited and encouraged to become members.
